Return Policy
Return Policy: Exchanges or store credit may be offered for unopened, undamaged, unworn, unused merchandise within 10 days of the purchase, with a receipt only. Fresh plants, bath & body, earrings, sale items & seasonal/holiday items are final sale. Clothing items must have all original tags attached & must show zero signs of wear/damage/odor to qualify for an exchange or store credit.
Shipping
We can ship nationwide. Note that there are restrictions on some products- generally larger items and live plants (excluding air plants) will be store pick up only.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
Please also note that the shipping rates for the items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Please allow 10-15 business days for shipping.
Gift Certificates
Please note- if you purchase a gift certificate via the 'Gift Certificate' link at the top of the home page, this will be a digital gift certificate only. You will be able to email it to yourself or to a recipient. This type of gift certificate can only be used online. If you are looking for a physical gift certificate to be used in store, please purchase this under the 'gift' category. A physical gift certificate will be mailed to you or can be picked up in store.
